Founded in 2005, Cherubs in the Home is dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning and home care services for NDIS and aged care clients. Based in Melbourne, we personalise our offerings, ensuring each individual receives tailored support to maintain a nurturing living environment.
Due to the increased need for home services by NDIS and home support for aged-care, Cherubs has grown and adapted to provide a more flexible range of professional cleaning and care support services. Our team at Cherubs continues to learn, improve, and seek to understand the experience of the people we support to provide the best service we can, by “putting heart in your home.”
We believe that everyone deserves a safe, clean and inspiring home environment that allows the inhabitant to function at your very best. Cherubs also understands that every home is as unique as the people that live in it. So, your home services should be tailored to suit your needs. Cherubs genuinely cares and invests time in getting to know you, to find out how we can help you best. We believe in ongoing improvement, based on education, experience and feedback.

The kindness, Caring, and Compassion that is at the very heart of the Cherubs business model, have been lovingly put into the very heart of the business by CEO and Managing Director of Cherubs in the Home, Ms. Karen Cosh.
Karen has been improving upon and is constantly improving the business that she has proudly directed since 2018. This constant striving for improvement has been acknowledged in 2022, and 2023 by her industry peers with the Australian National Award as the company that is the most outstanding provider of household services to people living with a disability in Australia.
In addition to these 2 prestigious national awards, Ms. Cosh was also acknowledged as the Global winner of the world’s very best care services provider.

CEO and Managing Director
Karen Cosh
Karen is the owner and Managing Director of Cherubs in the Home in Melbourne. It is Karen’s goal to continue to improve the business by listening to the needs of clients and offering flexible services. Karen is grateful for the team in the office and out in the community that work with kindness and a caring attitude every day.
Karen has owned and operated a number of different businesses and worked in the corporate world at management level. Karen has a Masters of Business and continues to thrive on learning. Karen loves to travel, gardening, visiting art galleries, markets, cooking for family and friends and spending time in nature. Karen believes her 3 children have been, and continue to be, her greatest life teachers.
HR and Admin
Davina
Davina applies her Degrees in Marketing and Management and experience in HR very capably to successfully manage and recruit new cleaning staff. Davina enjoys building relationships with new candidates and is always available for assistance – not only throughout the recruitment process, but during their time with Cherubs.
When she is not working, Davina loves spending time with her family and baking up a storm! She loves working with the Cherubs team and enjoys the odd challenge and satisfaction that comes with the job.

‘Dani’ danicca
Dani is a passionate and goal-driven woman who enjoys taking on new challenges.
She previously worked for an NDIS service provider, giving her substantial knowledge and experience in the NDIS sphere, and constantly strives to show NDIS participants Cherubs has a genuine love, respect and kindness for all its valued clients.
Dani is a young lady who believes in hard work – and believes if you want something in life, you have to work hard to earn it. She loves watching movies, reading books, cooking and sewing clothes. Dani loves to take care of herself because she believes that in order to take care of others, you need to take care of yourself first.
Administration Officer

Jonah is a dedicated professional with many years of comprehensive experience in customer service, admin, and management. Jonah has an impressive track record of operational efficiency, forward thinking organizational skills, service excellence and strategic planning. Jonah has a BSBA in computer management and a Business and Arts degree. Jonah loves helping others and striving for excellence.
Jonah’s love of her family and her 3 children and juggling all of the many demands make her life a happy one.

With decades of experience as a marketing and advertising experience, our creative guru assists Cherubs in writing, producing and creating every single aspect of the company’s marketing materials, advertising and promotional collateral. From the web site to the videos, from the brochures to the social media, from the SEO to the back end creative, Thor is our silent achiever who is always ready to turn ideas into creative reality.
Accountant/Bookkeeper
Celine
With over 11 years of experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper, Celine has a diverse background with different business industries and accounting softwares.
She brings a holistic approach in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Celine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Aside from numbers, she loves creative things and also loves reads books in her spare time. Celine also loves to listen to old songs even though she is a millennial.
Celine is also has a strong desire to help others.
